A house built in the 70's in a resort town can truly be a challenge. Vacant for 4 years, and now on the market for nearly 2 years with it's 2nd REALTOR®, Motif Home Staging was called in to "fix it." One of the biggest problem areas was the living room, light-colored carpet, 2 skylights, knotty pine paneling, and small in size. This was the "first impression" room, so our plan was to "warm it up" & give the buyer the perception "all their furniture will fit." It turned out great! Asking price $699,000. |
