1959 vintage home with an indoor exercise pool. Preserving "some of the vintage" was the homeowner's overall goal; however, the dining area was actually a den with a chandelier, and the den area was the original dining room. It was imperative this house "show off" it's positive features, as it only offered 2 bedrooms & 1 bath, usually perceived as "small." So, after providing a thorough walk through with summary, the redesign team came in and staged the great room with the dining area as well as the den. Huge difference!! Asking price $339,000. |
